Crystal Carpet Care has been owned and
operated by
Jim and Marilyn Torrence since June of
1991. Our company is certified by
Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC).
Jim Torrence has been working in the industry with
his father since 1971, while attending college. Jim has received extensive
training and experience in all aspects of carpet and upholstery cleaning and
restoration.
Jim maintains a Master Cleaning Technician
Certification, which includes certification in carpet and upholstery
cleaning, leather care and cleaning, carpet repair, reinstallation, odor
control, color repair (spot dye) and water damage restoration.
Marilyn Torrence has worked side by side, with
Jim, building the business and managing the administrative duties.
As Office Manager,
Marilyn handles all of the
scheduling, answers questions and customer follow up.
