Yes, we would prefer the carpets be vacuumed prior to our arrival. Vacuuming the carpets will remove the surface dirt and dust particles so that we can concentrate on getting your carpets clean deep down at the base. If you are unable to vacuum, please let us know at the time of scheduling your appointment so we may allow additional time. There will also be an extra cost for this service. Yes, we would prefer the upholstery to be thoroughly vacuumed prior to our arrival. We also like to request that seat cushions be removed and any soil, coins or other objects be vacuumed or picked up. We like to ask, if possible, that the customer move the lighter objects off the carpeted areas before we arrive. Examples would be floor lamps, dining chairs, plants and whatever else you can comfortably remove. We clean around all large, heavy pieces of furniture such as beds, dressers, entertainment centers, china hutches and pianos. By asking our customers to be prepared for our arrival, we are able to do a more thorough cleaning and offer the customer the best value for our service. No, Crystal Carpet Care will pre-treat all areas prior to cleaning; this is why we ask that you do not move furniture to the center of rooms or into main traffic areas. We do not want you to pre-treat as some products can actually cause more problems, hindering the successful removal of stubborn spots and stains. Please have parking as close as possible to your home or business entrance available. We usually access your home through main doors or through garages.
